Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. Contact us to find a supplier in your local area.

Can I change the address on my shipping order?

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. If you would like to change your shipping address, simply go to your profile to amend. This will help us to speed up the dispatching process.

Where can I ship my order?

Shipments are only made available Australia-wide. Please note, MEDIFITACTIVE.COM.AU does not ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces Addresses, Private Parcel Lockers and international re-shippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most destinations in Australia will be within 2-4 working days. Remote destinations will usually take up to 7 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3 pm AEST may be processed from the next business day.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

When you spend $100 or more, free standard shipping is automatically applied during checkout. Orders below $100 are charged a flat delivery rate of $9.95 within Australia.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. You will be able to enter this tracking information on the courier’s website (StarTrack) and access your estimated delivery date.

What happens if I’m not home at the time of the delivery?

All bookings are made with Authority to Leave. If the delivery driver did not find a safe place to leave your parcel in your absence, it will be dropped off at the nearest carrier depot. If you missed a delivery, please call StarTrack on 13 2345 (from 8:00am to 6:00pm) to arrange a redelivery, redirection or collection.

What are the accepted payment methods on MEDIFITACTIVE.COM.AU?

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX Prepaid gift cards: Visa and MasterCard (please enter details in the credit/debit card field during eWay Direct checkout)

What payment restrictions apply?

All credit/debit cards must have a billing address in Australia, Payments cannot be split between multiple credit cards, MEDIFITACTIVE.COM.AU does not accept purchase orders, cash, cheques or money orders.

Do you accept exchanges for change of mind?

We cannot accept exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you select your product(s) carefully.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@medifitactive.com.au immediately as we may be able to cancel your order if it has not been packed/shipped yet.

My product is faulty what do I do?

Please contact us at info@medifitactive.com.au within 3 days from the date of the order and indicate your personal details, invoice number and product, along with the reason why you believe the product is faulty. We will exchange a faulty/defective product purchased in Australia if it is found there was a production error. This does not apply where a defect has been caused by careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation, other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party or by fair wear and tear. Any goods bought in store are to be returned to the store of purchase and they will be able to assist you, we have supplier agreements in place.
